He began alongside Laurent Garnier at the Palace, quickly became a regular at the Rex Club and in 2003 founded the label Deeply Rooted, acclaimed for releases with Kerri Chandler, Ben Klock, François X, Ben Sims, and Roman Poncet. A versatile producer, he has released on Rekids, Kaoz Theory and Tresor, while also exploring experimental sounds under various aliases. His vinyl collection—among the most remarkable in the world—fuels an eclecticism he also shares in his Open Library shows on Worldwide FM, where he moves fluidly between jazz, soul, dub, funk and ambient.
