Releases followed on Rush Hour, Peacefrog and Delusions of Grandeur and now after a 3 year break, he's back on Aus Music with his new Honey Rocks EP and he told us; "'Jump Up Get Down' is a club oriented mix I laid down at Studio 2, our artist space in Brooklyn. I wanted to capture some new energy following a great weekend at Detroit’s Movement festival and several months of DJing in NYC with my radio cohorts from Hit It & Quit It (Henry Maldonado aka Son of Sound, Private Panther, and NZ’s finest Frank Booker). Watch out for new heat from Son of Sound, Jamal Moss, Kenny Dope, Kink, Black Noi$e, intermingled with some lesser known Detroit classics and fresh favorites. I used Serato DJ to mix and execute some basic edits and chops (using Slicer, FX, key shifting) plus broke out the disco box for some extra frosting. Its just about 14 years to the day since my last appearance on Solid Steel, sorry for the wait... Great to be back for a sequel!"
