First mix of 2011 is the third release in the Latin House series. The tracks are mainly from 2004/05 when there seemed to be an abundance of quality latin inspired and infused house. This is the most uptempo of the series so far and at times we have a Soca and tribal feel to the rhythm. The mix starts off pretty laid back with Portuguese love which you may recognise from the March 05 mix, but then quickly ups the pace for pretty much the remainder of the mix. The last track is a great tune by DJ Jorj who know resides in Melbourne, so laid back, perfect sunset track. Lots of favourites in here with Mozalounge, Voodance, Viva, Kalakuta and Mato Grosso.
